Shipping policy

Terms & Conditions for Shipping & Delivery

Every Studio Earth parcel is packed with care, so your pieces arrive safely and beautifully – ready to be gifted, laid on the table, or kept as part of your own rituals at home.

Below is an overview of our shipping timelines, charges and delivery terms.

1. Order Processing
• Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2 working days.
• During peak periods (Ramadan, Eid, Diwali, Christmas, sale events), processing times may be slightly longer.
• Customised / special orders may have longer lead times; these will be communicated at the time of order.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Within the UAE
• We ship across the United Arab Emirates via trusted courier partners.
• We offer same-day delivery within Dubai (within city limits) for orders placed before 2pm.
• Next day delivery for the other emirates (within city limits) for orders placed before 2pm.
• A delivery fee of AED 25 applies for this service.
• The delivery for remote areas in the UAE will be done within 2 to 3 days.

3. International Shipping
Studio Earth ships to select international destinations.
• Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 07–14 working days, depending on the country and local customs.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
Duties & taxes:
• Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
• If a shipment is refused or not collected due to non-payment of duties, we will not be able to issue a refund.

4. Packaging & Fragile Shipments
Our pieces are crafted in Fine Vegan Bone China and glass and are carefully protected in custom packaging to minimise the risk of breakage.
• We use multi-layered protective packing and, where possible, double boxing for larger orders.
• In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy and contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched:
• You will receive an email (or SMS, where available) with your tracking details.
• You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey and estimate the delivery date.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@shopstudioearth.com with your order number.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Details
To ensure smooth delivery:
• Please provide a complete and accurate address, including building name, flat/villa number, and a reachable mobile number.
• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or the package is refused by the recipient, the parcel will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued.
For international shipments, if the recipient declines to pay customs duties or local taxes, and therefore does not receive the parcel, we will be unable to process a refund.

7. Receiving Your Parcel
When your order arrives:
• Please check that the outer carton is intact and has not been tampered with before signing for it.
• If the package appears damaged, please note “Received Damaged” on the courier’s delivery slip and retain all original packaging (including labels, invoices and inner boxes) until our team has reviewed your case.
