Orders & Payments

How do I place an order with Studio Earth?

Simply select your pieces, add them to your basket and proceed to checkout. Once your
payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, and locally available payment options shown
at checkout. For corporate or bulk orders, bank transfer can be arranged. Please contact
us at support@shopstudioearth.com.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT for UAE orders. For
international orders, local taxes and duties may apply at destination.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As our pieces are prepared and packed quickly, orders cannot be amended or
cancelled once they are confirmed. Please review your basket carefully before completing
payment. However, you can contact us on support@shopstudioearth.com for any
extenuating circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship across the UAE and to selected international destinations. Shipping rates will be
visible at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UAE Orders: We offer same-day delivery within Dubai (within city limits) and next
day delivery for the other emirates (within city limits) for orders placed before 2pm.
A delivery fee of AED 50 applies for this service.

The delivery for remote areas in the UAE will be done within 2 to 3 days.

International orders: 07 to 14 working days, depending on the destination’s
customs procedures.

You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and order value and are clearly
displayed at checkout before you pay.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes for international orders?

Yes, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges required by the destination country
are payable by the recipient. If duties are not paid and the parcel is refused, we are unable to issue a refund.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email (or SMS where available) with your
tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns, Exchanges & Damages

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our collections are produced in small batches and many pieces are fragile; we
do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Exchanges are only possible in the
rare case of damage in transit or a clear manufacturing defect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please email support@shopstudioearth.com or WhatsApp +971 52 238 1489 within 3 days
of delivery with:
• your order number,
• photos of the damaged item, and
• photos of the packaging.
Our team will review and guide you on the next steps.

Are sale items or customised pieces returnable?

No. Sale items, discounted products, customised pieces, special orders and international
orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

Q. Will you refund me if I refuse delivery or provide the wrong address?

If an incorrect / incomplete address is provided, if there are three failed delivery attempts,
or if a parcel is refused or not collected, we are unable to issue a refund.

Product Information & Care

What is “Vegan Bone China”?

Vegan Bone China is a fine, high-strength porcelain that has the translucency and lightness
of traditional Bone China but is made without any animal bone ash. Our bodies and glazes
are carefully formulated with mineral ingredients only.

Are Studio Earth pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Since all our products feature delicate, hand-painted 24k gold detailing, they should not
be used in the dishwasher or microwave. Hand washing with a soft sponge is
recommended to protect the finish and preserve the beauty and longevity of each piece.

Will my pieces look exactly like the photos online?

Each piece is individually finished and many of our designs are hand-illustrated and
decorated. Slight variations in colour, linework or placement are part of the character of
small-batch production and not considered defects.

Do you sell sets or individual pieces?

We offer both curated sets (for gifting and table styling) and individual pieces so you can
build your own collection over time. Availability is mentioned on each product page.

Gifting & Personalisation

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Our pieces are presented in Studio Earth’s signature packaging, and we can include
a handwritten note with your message. You can add your gift note during checkout.

Can I send an order directly as a gift?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and your billing
address separately. Prices are not printed on the pieces themselves.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?

Yes. Corporate gifting and curated bulk orders are a key part of what we do, especially
around Ramadan, Eid and festive seasons. Please email support@shopstudioearth.com or
WhatsApp +971 52 238 1489 with your brief, budget and timelines, and our team will share
tailored ideas.

Can I customize pieces with my logo or initials?

We offer select personalisation options for corporate, wedding and special orders (for
example, bespoke cards, sleeves and subtle branding on certain pieces). Minimum
quantities and lead times apply. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll let you
know what’s possible.

Studio Earth & Collections

Where are Studio Earth products made?

Our pieces are designed with care and detail; and produced with trusted manufacturing
partners using high-quality vegan bone China and finishes that meet our standards for
durability and beauty.

Will sold-out pieces come back in stock?

Many of our collections are produced in limited batches. Some designs may be restocked;
others may be retired to make way for new pieces. If a particular item is sold out, you can
join the waitlist on the product page or sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Do you have a physical store?

Studio Earth is primarily an online brand, and we also appear at selected pop-ups and
events. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list for updates on where you can see the
collections in person.
